Regular maintenance of your cycle will prolong it's life; Wheel nuts, pedals and cranks,handlebars etc, should be checked to make sure that they are secure. Transmission and cables should be lubricated to ensure that they run operate smoothly. BE AWARE OF ROAD SALT DURING WINTER MONTHS! Road salt spread during these months is VERY CORROSIVE. You will need to wash your cycle down and re-lubricate after use, to prevent this corrosion from continuing.
